Payment is processed through Shopify and approved payment providers. Ol’ Natural does not directly store full credit card numbers.

Ol’ Natural is beginning with Canada-focused shipping. If you are outside Canada and interested in ordering, please contact us before placing an order so the request can be reviewed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because many Ol’ Natural products are personal care items used on the body, returns may be limited for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.

Ol’ Natural Reiki Clinic

Ol’ Natural Reiki Clinic may offer private Reiki sessions, mobile Reiki Clinic visits, animal Reiki, workshops, community sessions, and corporate wellness offerings.

Reiki is provided as a supportive wellness experience focused on relaxation, comfort, calm, and general well-being. Reiki is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, veterinary care, or emergency support.

Booking terms, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, location details, and service availability may depend on the type of Reiki session or event being requested. Please contact Ol’ Natural directly for Reiki booking questions.
