Ol’ Natural ships physical product orders placed through our online store, including African Black Soap, gift sets, and other eligible products.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, order volume, carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

During busy periods, seasonal launches, gift set releases, or high order volume, processing may take longer. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when available. Rates may depend on the order size, package weight, delivery destination, and shipping method selected.

If a shipping rate does not appear for your address, please contact Ol’ Natural before placing your order so we can review the delivery area or available options.

Where We Ship

Ol’ Natural is beginning with Canada-focused shipping. Orders placed through the website are intended for Canadian shipping addresses unless another option is clearly available at checkout.

If you are outside Canada and interested in ordering, please contact Ol’ Natural before placing an order so the request can be reviewed.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent after your order has been fulfilled. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

Some local, small-package, or special delivery options may have limited tracking depending on the method used.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Ol’ Natural is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.

Carrier Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may happen because of weather, holidays, rural delivery areas, carrier backlogs, customs processing where applicable, or other circumstances outside of Ol’ Natural’s control.

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

Damaged, Missing, or Returned Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Ol’ Natural as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the package, and photos of the damaged item.

If a package is returned to Ol’ Natural because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or carrier issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Local Pickup or Local Delivery

If local pickup or local delivery is available, the option will appear at checkout or be arranged directly with Ol’ Natural. Availability may depend on location, schedule, order type, and business capacity.

Wholesale & Retail Orders

Wholesale, retail partnership, bulk, or custom orders may require separate shipping arrangements. Shipping costs, timelines, and delivery methods for these orders may be confirmed directly with Ol’ Natural before fulfillment.

Reiki Clinic Services

Ol’ Natural Reiki Clinic services, appointments, workshops, and mobile Reiki inquiries are not physical shipped products. Booking details, location, timing, and availability are handled separately through the Reiki inquiry or contact process.
